1. Role of All World Travel
All World Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers identified in your itinerary. These suppliers may include airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related entities.
All World Travel does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
2. Supplier Responsibility
By confirming your travel arrangements, you acknowledge that suppliers are independent entities and are solely responsible for providing the services booked. All World Travel is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by a supplier.
3. Travel Risks & Assumption of Responsibility
Travel involves inherent risks including health risks, weather disruptions, and political conditions. By choosing to travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your trip. All World Travel does not guarantee the safety, conditions, or suitability of any destination or travel service.
4. Health & Safety
Exposure to illness or health risks is possible in any travel environment. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all health and entry requirements. All World Travel cannot guarantee your safety at any stage of travel.
5. Travel Insurance
All World Travel strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Coverage varies, and you should review policies carefully with the provider.
6. Payment & Financial Protection
We recommend using a credit card for purchases. All World Travel is not financially responsible for supplier insolvency or failure to deliver services.
7. Changes & Force Majeure
Travel may be affected by events beyond control including natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions. All World Travel is not liable for resulting losses.
8. Limitation of Liability
You agree to release All World Travel from claims arising from supplier actions, disruptions, or travel-related incidents.
