Planning travel since 1989, Jacqueline was raised traveling — by high school graduation in Omaha she had been to all but four states, and at sixteen she was an exchange student to Sweden. She lived in Sweden for forty years, raised three sons in Scandinavia, and worked as a Tour Director across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. She holds dual citizenship, speaks Swedish, and has worn every hat in the travel industry from airlines to trains to travel security. What is your favorite destination and why?
"Scandinavia. I lived in Sweden for forty years, raised my family there, and worked as a Tour Director across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. I know it from the inside — not from a guidebook."
What is your travel philosophy?
"I have worn many hats — airlines, trains, travel security, and most recently as a Tour Director in Scandinavia. I have been in the clients' seats, so I know what it feels like. Travel is one thing you buy that never fails to make you richer on so many levels."
Most memorable travel moment?
"Being responsible for my groups as we learned about Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. I was the instructor, but I was continuously learning too. That kind of knowledge is what I share with my clients."
