What is your favorite destination and why?
"South Africa. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Kruger — I have been and I know it. A safari is the trip that changes people, and I love being the one who sends them."
What is your travel philosophy?
"I started in 1979 emptying the trash at All World Travel. I was 10. I joined officially in 1991 and I have been helping agents and clients with flights, hotels, cars, tours, and cruises ever since."
Most memorable travel moment?
"A honeymoon couple on safari in Kruger. They saw the Big Five in three days. They came home and booked their anniversary trip before they even unpacked."
What do clients say about working with you?
"That I know the ships, the safari lodges, and the river cruise lines — because I have been on them."
